- Open spotify.com/account/privacy and log in. Scroll down to the three data boxes.
- Tick only the top-right box, Extended streaming history (in Swedish: Utökad streaminghistorik). It covers every year since you joined, with skips and shuffle.
- Leave Technical log information unticked. This page doesn't use it.
- Press Request data (Begär data) and confirm the email Spotify sends you.
- Spotify says it can take up to 30 days, but it is often much faster. When the download email arrives, grab the zip and drop it above. No need to unzip.
